Can you believe it!? ... yet another update ... 26-June-2001

Hey look! Just weeks after our first update in a long time, here is another update. This site is HOT. I hope you enjoy the pictures of our latest trip to visit Dennis and Tami Neveras at their home in Bend, Oregon. What a beautiful place.

Added today ... well, just look below. We visited the Burlingame crowd last weekend. We got some pretty nice pictures. As I said, just look below ...

Marilyn and I are doing well. A lot has happened since January 2000, some has been bitter, but most of it has been sweet. We are both in good health and enjoying our jobs. Who could ask for more. We hope all is well with you and yours. Enjoy your visit to our humble site ...

What's new ...

Blue dot 2pt blank (26-June-2001)    On Saturday, June 23rd, Marilyn and I headed for a breakfast at Nini's, (that's a "ham scramble" held by my sister Sue), and a visit with my Mom and our nephew Greg's family (Mossimo, Greg, Marco and Gina). Marilyn got a good picture of Mossimo who turned 5 on June 25th. Before we left, she got a great shot of Gina and #1 son.

I concentrated on the flowers. Check out these flowers ...
the whole group | Beauty | Wow! | Interesting | Very nice | Nice hedge.

Red dot 2pt blank (25-June-2001)    On Friday, June 15th, Marilyn and I headed for a visit with Dennis & Tami. The weather was perfect, and we really had a blast. Check out our "diary" for all the details ...

Red dot 2pt blank (20-May-2001)    Nancy Pistol Fitchen threw a wild party at Buca di Beppo, a family style restaurant in Palo Alto, California. It was a blast. check out this link and enjoy the ride down memory lane. We were a handsome bunch, were'nt we?

Red dot 2pt blank (01-January-2000)    I do have a few new pictures for you. If you click on the photo in the banner, you will get a better look at the backyard on the last day of 1999. If you click here to see how our great-nephews Marco (on the left) and Mossimo looked on the Gambrioli Family Christmas card. Our nephew Tom has been accepted to attend Chico State next year. He has not made a final decision. Cal Poly is still in the running. And last, but not least, our nephew Brett is driving his own truck already. Wow, time does fly.

Anyway, there will be more udates soon. Really. Have a great year.

Red dot 2pt blank (24-October-1999)    Sorry for the lack of new pictures. We have been up to lots, but I have not had time to post any new pictures. We had some great adventures this summer. We visited with Dennis and Tami again this September. We took a side trip to Crater Lake on the first weekend of our visit. The trip was made extra special by a visit from Al and Beverly Thomas. They came to Bend all the way from Saint Louis (actually Ballwin, Missouri). It was the first gathering of the six of us in one place in a long, long time. We had a ball. Lots of golf, good food and excellent company. A trip to remember. Then, just one weekend after we returned from Bend, we gathered with Dennis and Tami at the marriage of Dennis' lovely daughter Corrie to her good friend Dane Rudd. Mr. & Mrs. Rudd make a most handsome couple.

Our Friends and Family ...

Amber dot 2pt blank (17-January-1999)    The Restoration of NC23266 page has been updated with the latest news on this project. Jack and Carol Vautin have chosen our site to host the journal of the restoration of Piper J-3 Cub, NC23266. When this 1939 airplane is completely restored, it has an appointment at Oshkosh. Could be fun. We look forward to publishing the story. So, the long, strange trip begins ...

Red dot 2pt blank (30-September-1998)    Check out our Visit with Bepp & O page. We just returned from our bi-annual visit with Dennis and Tami Neveras at their lovely home in Bend Oregon. Purple dot 2pt blank (07-June-1998)    I have finally added the Early Years Page to the site.

Not so new stuff ...

Red dot 2pt blank (13-December-1998)    If you missed the fun of following our street reconstruction project, please visit the Kotenberg Reconstruction page. This was a project about 70 years in the making, and about 5 months in the completion. It was pretty interesting to live through. Check out our experience ...

Green dot 2pt blank (17-September-1998)    Check The Garden page. Meet the newest "cast" member of our backyard critter crew. His name is Pepper. He resides next door with Cara and Marty, but he spends a lot of time in our yard. Lounging around (image a cat lounging around) and chasing the other critters (birds, squirrels ... you name it). He was formerly a "house cat", so he does not pose much of a threat to the others who visit our yard. See for yourself ...
Red dot 2pt blank Did you notice the new " Entering Garibaldi" sign on our Welcome page? A special thanks goes to Marianne Larson ... a good friend from work. She, and her family, were traveling on the North Oregon coast and drove through the thriving town of Garibaldi, Oregon. Click here to see a picture of the nice sign outside of Fire Station Number 31. Here is a post card view of the town. It is right off Highway 101, located on north Tillamook Bay. A nice little town. Great name! We hope you enjoy your visit and return often.

Site Navigation ...

Using a Hot Spot is a quick way to navigate directly to a specific area of our site. For example, if you wanted to check up on our great-nephew Max, you would click on the "button" labeled "Max's Page." This would take you directly to Max's page so you can catch up on what is new with this happy guy. I think you get the idea.

Most (not all) pages have some site navigation links at the bottom of the page.

We hope you enjoy your visit and return often.
